In case of difficulty from installation of our services, clients have the liberty to ask for help from our customer executive via call or whatsApp. Refund will not be issued from us only in the case of product key not recieved because of incorrect details or any client side system issue. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 24 hours or prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as
not applicable for refund or cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to provide the suitable typing and steano software for our clients.
In case any client is not able to get a product key for their system . You can contact our customer support for that within 48 hours of the purchasel This time period
is only for the product key not found issue. Refund will be issued only if their is some issue for the company side when the problem remain un solvable within 72 hours.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case
of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
